You charge an upfront fee - what is the incentive for you to take efforts to sell our real estate?
Our existence is a direct factor of how happy our customers are with our services. If you believe we've done a good job, more likely it is that you'll recommend our services forward.
Our motivation to provide best services after charging an upfront fee is the next business itself, which we'll get only if we serve our current customers. Maintaining our reputation is very important for us and this will drive us to serve you.

You are a digital broker, so who will show my property around to the prospective buyers?
Presently, you will have to host the potential buyers yourself. We're a young and still-growing company, we do have future plans to employ our own resources in your city to facilitate further service.
At what valuation will you sell my real estate?
We will understand your expectations and carry out an independent valuation ourselves. We will mutually agree upon an fair valuation for your real estate.
How will you ensure that I get maximum possible value for my real estate?
Again, our existence is a direct function of your satisfaction. We will leave no stone unturned to deliver satisfaction.
What is the progression while working with Good Broker?
a) We will collate and arrange all property details for your approval to post on multiple portals.
b) We will coordinate with the leads generated from these portals and keep you posted with the updates.
c) Last stage is when a buyer is finalised and the transaction is in principle agreed upon by both parties.
So who will help us with the legal documentation and registration?
Normally, the buyer takes care of the legal documentation and registration formalities. However, if required, we provide professional help in this regards as add-on packages.
For renting/leasing, are your charges one time or recurring every year for a multi year agreement?
Well, we provide our services once - so our fees is charged also once. If you are looking for a new tenant, only then it will be treated as a fresh transaction.
How do I make changes to my listing?
We take explicit approval before listing your property online. However, if you feel any further changes are required, you can request us to make those changes. We will be happy to carry out those changes subject to limitations of the portal, if any.
How long will it take for my property to be live?
We will need about 24 hours to collate and arrange the property details and present to you for your approval. After approval, we will need another 24 hours to 'live' your listing on multiple portals.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices quoted on the website are inclusive of GST.
When is the fees payable and how do I make the payment?
Fees is payable in advance while submitting the property details. You can make the payment online by credit card, debit card, net banking, wallets, UPI, etc.
What is your refund policy?
a) Refund will be given only in a case where we are unable to share at least one lead within 60 days of approval of the real estate summary by the seller/lessor.
b) Refund amount will be 80% of the purchase amount paid.
c) Any add-on services availed are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
d) If the intent to sell or rent is cancelled/nullified or the transaction is not feasible due to lack of clear title or any other limitation at the seller/lessor end with or without the control of the seller/lessor, then we will not be liable to provide any refund.
That is all cool, but how much it all costs?
